INGREDIENTS:

• 50ml JJ Artisanal Vodka
• 20ml Falernum
• 25ml Pressed apple juice
• 20ml Lime juice
• 15ml Ginger beer
• Mint leaves to garnish

METHOD:

01 – Add all ingredients apart from ginger beer into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.

02 – Double strain into a highball glass filled halfway with cubed ice.

03 – Add crushed ice to the brim of the glass and add ginger beer.

04 – Garnish with mint sprig.
